Bertie and Florence Rose

Here are the photo's of the new baby Florence Rose born on 20th Feb 2009, Weight 5lbs 13ozs.
and her big brother Bertie who is 17 months of age, I am hoping to get a photo of them together in a couple of weeks, but at the moment Bertie prefers crisps to his sister, so we will have to wait until he shows some interest in holding her.
we are home now after a very hectic 4 days, and hopefully back to the lottie tomorrow. I popped up there when I got home and it looks like other plot-holders have done a lot of work there over the weekend, so I have a lot of catching up to do.

Congratulations! What a dear little baby. She looks beautiful. And big brother too. He's kind of little to be showing any interest......yet. It will come in time.

My 2 year old granddaughter is not interested in her new baby brother, who was born on Jan 20th.
She keeps telling her mother to "put Nathan down".

Grandkids are fun.

Beautiful kids - I'm sure you spoil them rotten!

You'll catch up with everyone don't worry and you have a dran good excuse to be a wee bit behind - you're a granny again, that's cooler than having your soil prep started!!!

Thank you all for your comments. It's been fun looking after Bertie, He kept us on our toes as he has loads of energy. The baby is tiny and very sweet.
I didn't get to the allotment today, but did pot on my Dahlias, I have far too many, I wish I could share with you all! if only you lived close by.
TATYANA you are too kind, I can assure you I really don't look like a teenager, but that photo was taken last year as was the one on my blog profile and as they are small so you can't see the wrinkles !!

Congratulations, Maureen! You are blessed with adorable grandchildren. I do envy you Florence Rose as I have five boys.

We still have snow and ice here in Pennsylvania, so I am enjoying your accounts of the start of your gardening year in England. My mother, who lives in Staffs., delights in describing the crocus and snowdrops in her garden. Oh, dear, I can't wait!!!

Thanks so much for visiting my webpage and blog site. I am so glad you like it and hope you visit again soon. Enjoy those grandbabies!

Bertie is a little sweetheart--and the baby is adorable. It must be exciting...well, to everyone but Bertie, that is ;-P

JAN, I think you are right about Bertie not being excited, poor little man, only a week ago he was the baby. We give him all of our attention, but we aren't there every day.

What beautiful grandchildren! I have one, a grandson, who is on my blog from time to time. He is 14 months old, and a sweetie. We have lots of fun with him.
